These Terms of Service govern your use of SharpSides.com (the "Site") operated by SharpSides ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Site, you agree to these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be 21 years or older (or the legal age in your jurisdiction) and physically located in a state where sports wagering is legal. You may not use this Site if you are excluded from sports wagering by any U.S. state self-exclusion program.

2. Informational service only

SharpSides provides sports betting information, tools, education, and reviews. We do not accept, process, or place wagers. We are not a sportsbook. Any third-party links to sportsbook operators are clearly marked as affiliate or sponsored links.

3. No guarantees

Sports betting carries significant risk. Past performance is not indicative of future results. We make no guarantees of profit. You are solely responsible for your wagering decisions.

4. Subscriptions

Premium subscriptions are billed via Stripe. Subscriptions auto-renew until canceled. You may cancel any time through your account portal. Refunds are at our sole discretion and outlined on the Premium page.

5. Affiliate disclosure

We earn commissions when you sign up at sportsbooks through our links. This does not affect our editorial decisions, ratings, or the picks we share.

6. Intellectual property

All content on this Site (text, graphics, logos, software) is the property of SharpSides or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

7. Limitation of liability

SharpSides is not liable for any losses incurred by you as a result of relying on Site content, including picks or analysis. Use at your own risk.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.
